Grip Fest is Indy’s premier climbing gear festival where community and industry meet face-to-face.
For one day, North Mass Boulder and Roam & Stow bring nearly every major climbing shoe brand together under one roof—from La Sportiva and Scarpa to Evolv, Butora, Tenaya, Mad Rock, and Ocun — alongside heavy hitters like Black Diamond and culture-forward brands like So iLL.
It doesn’t stop at shoes. Chalk innovators like Friction Labs, training and performance brands like Crux Power, apparel and lifestyle labels including Rungne, Vertical Scramble, Crux Forge, Tragur, Birds Of Prey, and Athletico all show up. Even resolers like Yosemite Bum Resole and Rhythm Resole are in the mix. And local community forces like Circle City Climbing are part of it too.

Only at Grip Fest can you try on as many shoes as you want. Each brand will have a huge selection of shoes for you to test out. Explore and ask questions and when you're ready stop by the store to purchase your new climbing shoes. You’ll also find other great climbing brands that are showing off their products like apparel, brushes, chalk and more so shop around and discover something new.
